Beijing Chess Night 2015

Beijing Chess Night took place at the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing on March 7th. Many chess players came together to have beginner-friendly chess lessons or to play challenging chess games, but the main attraction has been certainly the simul games against Chinese GM Yu Yangyi.

Chess Beijing hosts its first official tournament



Chess Beijing successfully hosted it’s first official tournament this past Saturday. More than twenty players participated in the event, which began at 9:30 in the morning and took place at Cafe de la Poste. Chess Beijing meets every Saturday at 3pm at Cafe de la Poste. Amateurs and grandmasters alike are all welcome to join.
